Epicenter currently exists as a proposal for the new development of a 24 acre site in Orlando, FL. The scheme was in response to market conditions prior to COVID-19, in which the site would largely support a program of retail, food & beverage, a contemporary 'mart,' various conference venues, residential, and hotel.
The idea is that this development would serve as a kind of Disneyland for culinary experiences. A destination for vacationers and businessmen alike, where one can find nationally competitive dining, retail, hotel, and conference centers. Retail mixes would support a range of large to small needs. Food and beverage would remain consistent with other ~2020 developments.
