Happy Canyon Shopping Center is an existing complex of buildings housing a grocer, food and drink, and retail. The objective of this project was to repurpose the grocer into a multi-use building, likely consisting of a food and drink tenant, liquor store, and food hall with new exterior patio. The remaining buildings were to be reskinned in order to achieve a unified branding.
