Kingsley 13
Fort Mill, SC
Mixed Use - New Construction
--- SF | 2 Level(s)
Kingsley 13 is a mixed-use building with a retail base and office above, which links by breezeway to Kingsley building 12. The building is part of a larger, newly constructed complex, Kingsley Town Center, which seeks to provide Ft. Mill with a new retail strip which resembles a historic mill town. The character of the development is largely achieved by the use of traditional brick hues, distressed applied graphics, and the reuse of a rustic smokestack welcoming guests into the development.
