Mixed Use Development
505Design & LandDesign proposed a new vision for the redevelopment of the land currently occupied by Landmark Mall, which was originally constructed in 1965. The revised plan seeks to maintain the existing parking garage, while incorporating a much denser, richer mixed use development. Residential units would range from affordable housing (tax credits) to upper market units. Major program functions include a hotel, hospital, grocer, cinema, and public plaza.
