The Outlet Collection at Winnipeg is a new construction shopping center satisfying the needs of the entire Winnipeg population, attracting regular patrons to a day of retail therapy from as far as 4 hrs away. The plan features a racetrack cut through configuration with five entries points. The northernmost entry opens into an industrial chic food hall featuring exposed structure, clean lines, and raw detailing. The food hall acts as the heart of the mall, a respite to relax and recharge after breaking the bank. Through natural day-lighting strategies, low-VOC materials, and energy efficiency this building will achieved a LEED Silver certification.
