An industrial chic aesthetic with warm tones and clean lines welcomes some of the largest fashion retailers throughout Canada. Premium Outlet Collection Edmonton International Airport is the sister project to Outlet Collection Winnipeg, opening just five months after OCW. Located adjacent to the Edmonton International Airport, the mall will draw locals and travelers alike. Mall directories and guest services plan to allow patrons to check-in to flights and check baggage, providing more time to shop. The mall’s plan is a racetrack configuration with a cut-through central food hall. The food hall acts as the heart of the mall, a respite to relax and recharge after breaking the bank. Through natural daylighting strategies, low-VOC materials, and energy efficiency this building will achieve a LEED bronze certification.
